A service agreement from American Cooling and Heating is a great way to keep your HVAC system in top condition while also saving money and receiving priority service.
Clients who have service agreements with ACH will receive a 10% discount on parts and refrigerant. In addition, if you have any A/C or heating issues after the service has been performed, the $105 call fee will be waived.
The maintenance inspection will be performed twice per year, in the spring and fall/winter. We will contact you to schedule the inspection.
The maintenance service includes –
Spring Checkup
The air conditioning system will be checked in the spring. This service includes:
- Check for proper refrigerant levels
- Check electrical connections
- Check drain line
- Check function of indoor blower
- Clean evaporator and condensing coils
Winter Checkup
The heating system will be checked in the fall/winter. This service includes:
- Check indoor blower and related components
- Check pilot light
- Check furnace components
- Check heater vent
- Check heater safety devices.
COST:
$21 for the first system a month.
$19 for each additional system
